OUR SERVICES AND CONDITIONS

We recognise that all of our guests are unique and we appreciate that  enjoyment, comfort and quality are the hallmark requirements of all who visit. Our aim is to offer a secure, safe and comfortable place to stay and we endeavour to take the stress out of your booking from the moment that you first visit our website.
 
We believe in making your booking as simple and straight forward as possible. Therefore we make no additional charges for pets, or for supplying a cot, highchair or additional suitable seating for children.
We want you to be able to start your stay without having to worry about  basic essentials and so we provide a welcome pack* to meet your immediate needs.

We try to ensure that you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide all bedding and bathroom towels, along with a bathrobe for each guest in the double bedrooms. Soaps, shower gel and shampoo are all provided in each bathroom, all of these are palm oil free. A hairdryer is fitted in each of the double bedrooms, the utility room has a washing machine along with an iron and ironing board.
